BA (Hons) Film and Moving Image Production
Working across film, theatre and spoken word, my practice focuses on how these forms can support and influence one another. I often explore sense of place and interior experience, as articulated in my graduate film ‘Tethered Still’. My playwriting debut ‘Fleeced’ was commissioned by The Redbridge Drama Centre and subsequently had sell out runs at two London fringe venues with my theatre company Matipo in 2018. I have also produced independent poetry collaborations with Tahlia Armstrong and Daniel Franklin, combining Fine Art and Photography with my writing respectively. No matter the form, I prioritise process, empathy and sensation.
Alongside my creative practice I am a workshop facilitator and have a range of industry experience, particularly in the production department, having worked on shoots for Amazon Music, Netflix and The Machine Creative.
All of the above experiences have shaped the multidisciplinary nature of my practice.
‘Tethered Still’ will be available in full once it has completed the festival circuit.
